Refund policy

All ceramic pieces are handmade with care and one of one, therefore all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please email me at bellas.sofia@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. 

Liability for damage: once items are shipped, the seller is not responsible for damage occurring during transit or after delivery. For damage during transit, please work directly with the carrier.

Handmade variations: due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations in color, size, and finish are normal.
